Nina Mondero is an incoming freshman at Brown University and majoring in Biology, with an interest in pursuing a Pre-Med track. A native Chicagoan, Nina is a recent graduate from Walter Payton College Prep and scored a perfect 900 in the CPS selective enrollment process. Nina has tutored middle school students and, as a member of Walter Payton’s National Honor Society, has also tutored her fellow students at Walter Payton.

 

Outside of her undergraduate coursework, Nina is an active athlete and played both varsity tennis and lacrosse. She is currently interning at a biology lab based in Chicago as she prepares to go off to Brown this winter.
