A graduate of Grinnell College, Emma has over five years of experience working in youth development. At Tiger Tutor, her primary role is to monitor and oversee Tiger Tutor’s outreach and communication efforts, curriculum building, overall strategic planning, and growth.

Presently, Emma oversees and develops academic after school programming for K-8th grade students, young adult mentoring programs, youth leadership programs, and family literacy programming. Prior to joining Tiger Tutor, Emma worked at Big Brothers Big Sister's of Metropolitan Chicago, where she supervised the post-match experience for all program participants.
