Harika Pratapa

My Story

Harika Pratapa serves as the Tiger Tutor Administrator at the Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA), where she oversees the organization’s tutoring program that supports students in math, reading, and test preparation. She manages tutor coordination, scheduling, and outreach to ensure students receive high-quality academic support.

In addition, Harika serves as Board Liaison and Administrative Assistant, supporting CMAA’s leadership with meeting coordination, documentation, and communications.

Originally from India, Harika holds an M.Tech in Automation Engineering and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. A former Assistant Professor and STEM educator, she is passionate about learning, teaching, and empowering students.

Fun Fact: Harika loves creating 3D designs on Tinkercad, swimming, and spending time with her two boys.
